Amri, A. and Corbel, P. « Quels rôles pour les experts dans un système d’innovation ouverte ? Premiers enseignements d’une étude de cas », Proceedings of the 33rd conference of the AIMS (Association Internationale de Management Stratégique), Montréal, June 2024
Abstract:
While the role of experts in a closed innovation system is strongly linked to their ability to generate new knowledge and unblock complex situations, what about in a system where external knowledge is widely used? We explore this question in two ways:
- We establish an analysis grid by cross-referencing work on experts, open innovation and absorption capacities;
- We present the initial results of a case study in the pharmaceutical industry, which shows that, if the grid proves relevant, the dimensions classically distinguished in the literature on absorptive capacities could in fact be carried out simultaneously in certain activities. In addition, some of the roles identified in the grid are not mentioned by the experts interviewed, while others emerge from the case study.
