Abstract:
This paper presents an empirical study conducted from multiple sources to triangulate the collected data (examination of advertisements, questionnaires, and interviews). It highlights some of the particularities of the recruitment process in start-ups whose activities are mainly Internet-based: a strong use of NICTs but also a simplified process. The latter can be explained by time (deadlines) and financial constraints. We underline the risks of such an orientation.
