Abstract:
The report is divided into three parts. The first part presents a literature review on 'pôles de compétitivité'. The second part is devoted to a presentation of the characteristics of System@tic, which helps to put into perspective the summary of the interviews carried out during this study. The conclusion draws the main conclusions from this study, based on a dozen in-depth interviews with the cluster's actors and stakeholders.
